Family Centered Treatment Practitioner/Licensed Clinician/Qualified Professional (QMHP)

Preferred Choice Healthcare is excited to extend the opportunity for a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner to join our team! $1000 sign on bonus due upon completion of 90 day probationary period.

Family Centered Treatment is an evidence based, in-home model which utilizes family systems theory to support families who have experienced family dysfunction. Our goal is to maintain children in their homes or reunite children who have experienced out of home placement.

A Family Centered Treatment (FCT) practitioner has an active case load of 4-6 families at a time. We meet with families multiple times a week in their homes or via telehealth providing FCT sessions. In order to best serve families, we schedule sessions at times that are best for the family – afternoons, evenings, weekends. FCT Clinicians are on-call for families in order to best meet their needs. FCT Clinicians partner closely with Social Workers and any other members of the Child and Family Team.

To become credentialed in FCT, clinicians will complete a 40-hour on-line course and pass fidelity markers in each of the 4 phases of FCT treatment. Clinicians serve families while going through the credentialing process. (www.familycenteredtreatment.com)

Preferred Choice Healthcare is seeking licensed clinicians to join a successful, well-established outpatient behavioral health agency in Rutherford and Cleveland counties in North Carolina serving child, adolescent, and adult clients. We provide an ideal setting for a clinician to establish and grow their private practice in a supportive, collegial environment. $2000 Bonus after 6 months of successful contract completion!

These positions are part or full-time positions providing professional counseling services to individuals within school and office-based environments. Preferred Choice Healthcare is a 501C-3 Nonprofit agency. Benefits include BCBS Gold Plan Health/Dental/Vision Insurance with 50% employer contribution, 403-B retirement plan option with employer matching (up to 2%), accrued paid leave, 10 Paid holidays (salaried staff) and free licensure supervision to counseling and social worker licensed associates. We provide a supportive atmosphere to grow professionally as a professional in behavioral healthcare. Positions available are full-time salaried or percentage based, or part-time percentage based depending upon employee need and preference. Percentage based positions are as W-2 employees as opposed to 1099. Payroll taxes are deducted each pay period.
