Savannah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) accredited by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gardner-Webb University completed in December 2021. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in August 2016. She is eagerly pursuing full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor by gaining experience working with diverse populations at Preferred Choice Healthcare.

The populations she has served include children, young adults, adults, older adults, and families. She has experience working with grief, addiction, trauma, mental disabilities, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, and anger. Her therapeutic orientation is a blend of Person-Centered Theory and Cognitive-Behavioral Theory. She enjoys using artistic methods to encourage healing and always centering around respect and goodwill for people of all ages
